Allergen Policy
At Scoff we produce all our dishes with the utmost care to ensure they are safe for you to enjoy. We request that all clients either call or email us directly for information about specific allergens within our Scoff before ordering. We carry out risk assessment and/or testing regarding the following allergens:
Gluten
We have a dedicated area in our storage for gluten free products.. We continually check allergen labelling when buying ingredients.
Nuts
We do have nuts on our premises but they are stored separately and every effort is made to ensure there is no cross contamination. We ask clients to alert us to any nut allergies and to confirm & accept that they understand we are not a nut free premises before ordering.

Other Allergens
We carry out a full risk assessment for raw materials with regards to all 14 recognised allergens listed in the Food Information for Consumers Regulation (EU).
These allergens are:
