DELIVERY

We are happy to deliver directly to your door. Unfortunately due to an increase in fuel prices, there will be a delivery fee; as we also need to collect your empty dishes once you have finished with them. Please ask for the cost of your delivery address.
 
Scoff will deliver direct to you, & if no special delivery instructions are added during the order process, as the customer, you are agreeing to sign for the delivery.  
 
Where a specific time slot for delivery has been agreed upon, we shall endeavor to deliver your food by this time.  However, due to circumstances beyond our control, such as weather or traffic conditions, we may not always be able to deliver by the time specified.  It is important we have a means of contacting you in this event – you should make sure we have a mobile telephone number for example.
 
Special delivery requirements shall be followed when possible, but please make sure that they are deemed “reasonable”.  For example instructions to knock at a neighbour’s house should mean it is within a short walking distance of your property.
 
If you would like us to leave your order in a garage, it is your responsibility to make sure the place is obvious and the door is unlocked (although we strongly recommend against this as most food will need to be placed in a fridge).
